11/17/2003 - Advertising Revenue Service to Give Away $50,000 in Cash and Prizes
ARS will be handing out $50,000 in cash, logo merchandise, and laptop computers to adult webmasters throughhout December.
From Dec. 1 to Dec. 31, ARS will pay $1,000 every other day to the publisher who makes the 500th sale that day. Three laptops valued at $3,000 will be awarded, one to the publisher who reaches 100 sales first; one to the 100th publisher who makes 100 sales; and one to the last publisher to hit 100 sales.
In addition, publishers who send ARS 100 sales during the promotional period will receive the ARS-branded Webmaster Essentials Package: a Steel City traveler tumbler; a gel stress ball; a gel mouse pad; and a fleece Timberline pullover.
The ARS Webmasters Essentials promotion is our way of saying thanks to our publishers for their support and loyalty, said John Valigorsky, vice president of marketing and customer service. ARS will pay publishers $350 for each referred advertiser who joins the ARS network.
"We are looking for the best and most suitable advertisers for our program," said ARS’ John Valigorsky, vice president of marketing and customer relations. "Many adult webmasters promote mainstream products and do very well with them. We are now asking them to leverage those relationships, refer them to ARS, and then get paid $350 for each one that signs up."
There is no cap on the number of mainstream advertisers a webmaster can refer. The promotion is slated to run indefinitely.
